SoftAirNJ Refund Policy
SoftAirNJ may offer refunds, at our sole discretion, on purchases returned in ‘new’, ‘unused’, and ‘salable’ condition within 7 days of purchase. The determination of condition is at our sole discretion. You must contact us before returning any purchase, and receive approval from SoftAirNJ via a RMA # to return the product. You will waive your right for return for any reason if you do not receive our approval in advance. In the event that SoftAirNJ approves the return you will be responsible for all shipping charges including the cost of return shipping. Shipping charges are non refundable. when returning items we recommend using trackable shipping services or purchasing additional shipping insurance as we do not guarantee that we will receive any returned items with out delivery confirmation.
